The pillows were very comfortable, the service helpful and the location convenient (right next to a metro stop and in a chill neighborhood). However, the infrastructure didn’t reflect the high price nor the 4 stars - the room didn’t look like a 4 star hotel, but like an average Airbnb apartment).

Absolutely incredible hotel. Amazing room and bathrooms and breakfast was really excellent. Will definitely stay again. Great location and the staff were super helpful. Room was enormous and way above our expectations. The gardens were stunning even in the winter

We had a very warm welcome by the reception staff and we were happy with how spacious, quiet, and clean the room and entire hotel is. Any time we asked for info or help, we received excellent advice. The location is wonderful and an easy commute to Stephansplatz and everywhere a tourist would like to go. We had some laundry done (for a reasonable charge), a taxi arranged to get ourselves to the train to Budapest, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL breakfast every morning (great coffee!). This is a great place to stay in Vienna. Thank you so much!

We had a family room (junior suite), and it was absolutely perfect. Quiet, immaculate, and beautiful-- the room, the hotel, and the neighborhood. Every employee we met was polite and patient. The breakfast was just okay; my advice would be to skip it and walk a block to the main road where you can have a stunning breakfast at Ströck.

This was our third stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. It’s superbly situated and a great value. Our garden suite was spacious, though a little cold (tile floors, no rugs), and gave ready access to the very nice spa facilities. If compared to our previous stays (before the pandemic), the place is now a little more “corporate” than before and, though staff is friendly , is missing a warm, personal touch. The unbelievable muesli — the best in the world — is gone, for instance, from the breakfast buffet! But if you’re looking for everything organic, they’ve got you covered.
